Mr. Arvind Patel holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry and an MBA in Marketing Management. He began his career in finished pharmaceutical production and planning, working with a well-known pharmaceutical company before moving into entrepreneurship.

In May 1996, he founded Hindustan Chemical under his proprietorship, marking his entry into the chemical industry. This was followed by the incorporation of A & A Orgo Chem Pvt. Ltd. on 1st April 2006, specializing in the trading, import, and export of chemicals, solvents, and allied products.

In July 2016, Mr. Patel established Expresolv Limited (formerly Expresolv Private Limited) to manufacture pharmaceutical excipients and bulk fine chemicals. Today, he serves as Chairman and Managing Director of both companies, steering strategic growth and operational excellence.
